AI Tools Every Creator Should Be Using Right Now
Ten AI tools saving creators time, boosting content quality, and bringing in real results!
Hey creators,
Let’s talk about something we can’t ignore in 2025: AI. I was just telling a friend that I’m already at the point where I think, “How did we ever live without AI?” the same way I feel when I think about life before the internet.
From writing captions to building apps, AI is now in our everyday content workflow, and it’s making our lives easier if you know how to use it right.
Over the past few months, I’ve tested dozens of AI tools. Some were overhyped. Some were magic! Here is a list of some AI tools I’ve either personally tried or keep seeing creators rave about ⬇️
🔥 Top AI Tools for Creators in 2025
1. ChatGPT
For writing captions, pitches, doing research, and more
You already know this one, but are you really using it well? I use ChatGPT to draft scripts, captions, hooks, campaign concepts, brainstorm titles, and even help with brand pitches. I used to strictly use Claude for these tasks because it seemed to give better responses, but over time I found that ChatGPT has improved a lot and now has more tools like deep think, search web, create image,e etc.
Tip: For brainstorming new projects, series etc try using the deep think mode!! Thank me later
2. Opus Clip
Repurpose YouTube videos into Reels and TikToks with one upload
You drop in a long-form video, Opus Clip does the chopping, captions, and hook-based clip selection. No editing experience needed.
3. Perplexity
Your AI research assistant with sources
Google who? Perplexity is an AI-powered “answer engine” that delivers you clean, concise answers with citations in seconds. Think of it as a search engine meets a knowledgeable assistant: you ask a question and it uses a large language model plus live web search to give you a direct answer, complete with footnotes linking to the source of each fact.
4. Replit
For building your own tools and automations, even if you’re not a coder
Want to build a simple app, an interactive calculator, or even a custom landing page? Replit uses AI to help you code it live with suggestions. You don’t need to be a software engineer; just describe what you want and tweak from there.
Think of it as ChatGPT for building things. Currently creating some exciting tools for creators as we speak!
5. Canva Magic Studio
Graphics, carousels, thumbnails—made smarter
Magic Write drafts the text inside your Canva slides. Magic Design creates layouts automatically. Background remover? Still undefeated.
Use this to make branded decks, quick social media graphics, or clean IG carousels that feel professional even if you're working from your phone. FYI, Amazon has an app within Canva to help you build product collages right from their catalog ( HUGE TIME SAVER).
6. Filmora AI
AI video editing that goes beyond captions
Want cinematic transitions, motion tracking, or to remove people from your video? Runway and Filmora’s AI features are stepping up the editing game, especially for creators who want YouTube-quality visuals with TikTok ease.
7. FeedHive
AI for scheduling, caption generation, and analytics
If you’re managing multiple platforms, these tools can batch schedule content, write initial captions, and even suggest post times based on your data.
8. Castmagic
For creators or coaches who want to repurpose audio
These tools take your audio recordings and break them into blog posts, tweet threads, carousel ideas, and more. Huge if you’re doing panel speaking, workshops, or community trainings and want to multiply your content.
9. Descript
An all-in-one AI-powered audio and video editing tool that revolutionizes the way creators work with media.
Two standout features: text-based editing and eye contact. Text-based editing allows you to edit audio or video simply by editing the transcript's words, sentences, or whole sections as if you were editing a document. The Eye Contact feature uses AI to make it look like you're always looking at the camera.
10. HeyGen
Turn a script into a talking head video—without filming yourself
You upload a headshot, write your script, and HeyGen will produce a lifelike avatar reading it out. Great for days when you’re not camera-ready but still want to show up.
Final Thoughts: Use AI to Enhance, Not Replace
AI tools won’t replace creators, but creators who know how to use AI might replace those who don’t. The message here is that these tools are exactly that: tools. They’re here to automate the boring stuff (and admittedly do some things we simply can’t, like analyze gigabytes of data in seconds), so that you can focus on the creative, human part of content creation.
My advice: don’t let this list overwhelm you. Maybe pick one or two tools that address the area you feel most “stuck” or could use a boost, whether that’s writing captions, editing videos faster, or staying consistent with posting, and start experimenting. The goal isn’t to turn you into a robot churning out content with a single button click. The goal is to free up more time and mental energy for your actual creativity by offloading the grind to AI.
Remember, at the end of the day your unique voice, ideas, and perspective are what make your content special. AI can’t replace that. But it can help you express it more often and with less friction. So embrace these tools as your creative sidekicks. Stay curious, keep experimenting, and have fun with it.
