About our Founder:
Tolani is a seasoned creative entrepreneur with over 12 years of experience in creating content, building community, and partnering with brands. Before fully transitioning into the creative industry two years ago, she spent nine years as an engineer in the oil & gas sector, where she simultaneously nurtured her passion for creating content and collaborating with brands. She has been able to successfully leverage income from her creative passions to invest and build generational wealth, now co-owning 18 rental units with her husband while also growing her business as a creative.
Having partnered on over 100 brand campaigns for major names like Diet Coke, Amazon, Chase, Estee Lauder, Pantene, P&G, and Lancome, Tolani has gained invaluable insights into the industry. She recognized a significant gap in support for creators of color, particularly in areas like how to diversify and create sustainable income as a creator, how to execute successful brand partnerships, and the overall financial literacy lacking in this space. In response, she founded the Creator Success Club, a platform dedicated to empowering both emerging and established creators. Her goal is to ensure that they have the necessary knowledge and support to create a sustainable creator business and thrive financially and creatively in this ever-evolving industry.
